Foxy footwear: Kim Kardashian chose to wear thigh-high black leather boots during her flight from NYC to LA


They are definitely not the most practical footwear for travelling in but Kim Kardashian doesn’t seem to care about comfort when making an airport appearance.

The 30-year-old reality TV star strutted through aviation security at Los Angeles Airport in a pair of kinky thigh-high leather boots.

Kim arrived back into LA from her jaunt in the Big Apple wearing a stone-coloured knitted cape and black jeans along with her provocative boots.

As she tottered off the plane Kim left the luggage to a helper, carrying only her handbag as she headed for home.

It seems the voluptuous siren can’t get enough of her racy boots as she was spotting teetering around New York in them just last week.

During her time in NYC Kim met up with fellow reality TV star and friend Jonathan Cheban from The Spin Crowd.

The pair wrapped up against the chilly temperatures to hit the shops and indulged in a spot of retail therapy.

And despite traipsing around a number of high-end boutiques Kim opted to wear her favourite sky-high boots for the shopping trip.

As the glamour model returned to her home town yesterday she was looking happy and relaxed and it’s not surprising as her new series pulled in 3 million viewers during its premier on Sunday night.

Kourtney and Kim Take New York premiered as the most-watched show of the series drawing in over a million more viewers than Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami Season two, according to OK! Magazine.

And not only is Kim popular viewing but her fans can’t get enough of learning about the Kardashian clan and Kim now has over 6 million followers on Twitter.

She posted: ‘OMG I just reached 6 million followers! You guys are everything to me! I love and appreciate you! LOVE MY TWIT FAM! Xoxo’

But despite her success taking over NYC Kim appears to be a Californian girl through and through.

As she arrived back in her hometown she posed: ‘I love LA! Such a hot sunny day! Big change from NY freezing weather! Love mixing it up!’

Kim, who has been dating basketball player Kris Humphries for just a couple of weeks, appears to be increasingly broody.
